About

Jenna Burlingham Fine Art specialises in 20th Century British paintings, sculpture, prints and ceramics as well as work by selected contemporary artists. We aim to make the art world more accessible by providing friendly, expert advice and guidance.

The gallery offers a bespoke consultancy service to individuals, businesses and institutional clients looking to buy and sell fine art. We can introduce clients to artists and movements and advise in detail on current critical and commercial trends. We provide complete independence and impartiality.

The work exhibited in the gallery includes many established Modern British names with proven market records as well as carefully selected emerging artists working in the Modern British tradition and whom we believe have future potential.

The gallery inventory, for the large part listed on this website, is ever changing and offers a wide variety of art across the £500 to £30,000 price range, as well as a selection of paintings, prints and ceramics under £500. In addition to our stock, the exhibition programme includes solo, group and collaborative shows.

If you are unable to make it to the gallery to see a work first hand, please let us know. Viewing in London and elsewhere can often be arranged by appointment.

Gallery Services

Search and acquisition

Through our many contacts in the art world we can help you search for a unique painting, decorate a whole property or build a specialist collection. We can often find a painting or sculpture before it comes on the open market and then advise on its pricing, condition, authenticity or past history. Our commitment is to negotiate the best price when buying privately from individuals or through our many trade contacts. At auction, whether a regular buyer or a client unfamiliar with the auction process, we can also offer guidance or bid on your behalf.

Selling

We can help with the sale of all art, whatever the value, either through the gallery or our extensive private, commercial and auction network.

Valuations

We can value your art and provide full appraisals for insurance, probate, or family division purposes.

Display

The display and hanging of paintings in the home and office is an art in itself. We have extensive experience in the presentation and display of all works of art.

Conservation and Restoration

We can provide advice and guidance in this area.

Courses

Art history courses will be run from the gallery on a weekly basis every Tuesday evening. The courses are taught by Adam Rattray, an art historian and teacher.
