The etchings are printed on Japanese Bunko-shi laid paper, the titles and contents pages on Somerset Antique and the map on Indigo Mingei. Typography and cartography designed and etched by the artist. Printed entirely from copper plates by Neil Woodall in Yorkshire and Jason Hicklin in London. The solander box is made by Smith Settle in Otley, Yorkshire.
