From 11 November to 2 December the gallery will be holding our first solo exhibition of the work of painter Keith Purser.
Purser lives and works on the edge of the huge shingle bank in the shadow of Dungeness power station, in a village called Lydd-on-Sea. His home, on a headland in south-east Kent, faces onto a wide expanse of beach and looks out to the coast of France.
Our exhibition will consist of a selection of Purser's paintings from 1997 to the present day. Click the following links for a PDF of the catalogue and a presentation of all the works included in the exhibition:
The exhibition will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, with two open house preview days on Saturday 11 November, 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 12 November, 11 am to 4 pm.
