Jenna Burlingham Fine Art is an independent gallery specialising in 20th Century Modern British paintings, sculpture, prints and ceramics, as well as curated work by contemporary artists.

If you are unable to make it to the Hampshire gallery to see a work first hand, please let us know. Viewing in London, or elsewhere, can always be arranged by appointment.

Our aim is to make the art world more accessible by providing friendly advice and specialist guidance. The gallery’s inventory is constantly changing and ranges from introductory-level prints, paintings and pottery, to work of international acclaim. We also represent the estates of the artists André BicatJohn Hubbard, Philip JonesWendy Pasmore and Lawrence Scarfe.

We are known for our expertise, experience and eye. With over 40 cumulative years as art business professionals, our eye is tuned to spotting the very best work with staying power. Quality is our driving force and we only sell works that we believe in.

The gallery's client base is international, with collectors across the UK, America, Europe, East Asia and the Caribbean, many of whom come to us through personal recommendation. Our approach is down to earth and we always operate with discretion and transparency. Alongside private and corporate clients, we work with public galleries, recent sales include to the Government Art Collection, Victoria Art Gallery and Chippenham Museum.

In Autumn 2021 we will be moving into a new gallery in Kingsclere, only a stone’s throw away from our original George Street premise. Our new space is over two floors with spacious galleries at ground level, and drawing and dining rooms upstairs serving both as exhibition spaces and for relaxed private hospitality. The new setting utilises the structure of an informal townhouse, in which we will display art among carefully selected furniture and decorative art, reflecting our holistic approach to curation and interior design.

Other services we offer include:

  • Selling: We can advise on the sale of all art, whatever the value, either through the gallery or our extensive private, auction and commercial network.
  • Valuations: We regularly value art and can provide full appraisals for insurance, probate, or family division purposes.
  • Display: The display and hanging of paintings in the home and office is an art in itself, we have extensive experience in presentation and display.
  • Conservation and Restoration: We can provide advice and guidance in this area, with our large network including the best painting, scultpure and ceramics conservationists.
